At Step On Sneaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in the original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • The product is not worn, washed, or damaged

Please note:

Refunds are not available for products that have been used, worn, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags and packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions for the next steps.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking details until your return is complete.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you of the approval status

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you want a different size or item:

Return your original item for a refund

Place a new order for the desired product

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will:

Cover the return shipping

Provide a full refund or send the correct item (your choice)

7. Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, we may have already packed your item, and returns will follow the normal process.
